Specialists in negotiation delivered this Training Course as the “next step” of competence development for conflict management (communication, negotiation, mediation). It focused on the basis of negotiation (introducing Positions, Interests and Needs), negotiation techniques and their use in identified scenarios. Participants also exchanged their practices and examples from their countries and fields of work. 15 youth workers from partner countries (3/partner organisation) participated in this Training Course.
