Callystoarts is the applicant organization. They shared their experience in creating local networks in the field of youth and gained knowledge and best practices in conflict management and mediation to implement in their projects and activities.
STRIM focuses on teaching about diversity, combating negative stereotypes and prejudices. Their projects DECODE – Decoding conflicts through dialogue, First ADR Kit (Strategic Partnership coordinated by them) and ReMeDy (TC with elements of PBA) were the seeds to REMEDY.
In cooperation with USE they designed and facilitated TCs, designed the research and evaluated data, and developed the content of the online modules and best practices. They gained experience in capacity building projects, further development of methodologies on mediation training, and deeper insights on the cross-cultural approach of youth to conflict.
University of Seville expertise focuses on conflict studies, negotiation and mediation research, analysing the effectiveness of mediation and training professional mediators in many countries. They also have experience in working as professional mediators and designing mediation systems. They gained experience in non-formal education methodologies and deeper insights in cross-cultural approach of youth to conflict.
Action Synergy is an expert in the development and implementation of e-learning courses, the creation of synergies between organisations working in various fields and the organisation of international mobilities with special focus in Capacity Building Projects.
They are orientated on technicalities of how to apply to this call and will develop the online platform. They gained more knowledge and best practices in conflict management and mediation implemented within their organisation and expanded it to their projects and general activities.
CasaMia has a lot of experience in working with youth both in conflict and post-conflict situations and they developed experiential learning and unique affection-based methodologies to work to counter the logic of violence with a proposal to value life.They added their experience, best practices, resources and methodologies in working with conflict and healing processes with Colombian youth. They gained more knowledge in mediation processes for dealing with conflict and put it into practice in their reality.
Center for Sustainable Development Studies (CSDS) has experience in building up community projects to improve cross-cultural understanding, education and wellbeing of the Vietnamese people through sustainable development and non-formal education. They added their experience, best practices in working in this field with Vietnamese youth. And, they learned about mediation potential to try to adapt it into their practice.
