Mobility to Vietnam, Training Course on mediation processes was adapted to the case scenarios which were identified at research Activity 4.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This Training Course focused on: the concept and principles of mediation, the characteristics of mediator, the phases of the mediation process, mediation simulations among others. During this training we tried and validated an adapted cross-cultural model of mediation in youth\u00b4s conflicts. 15 youth workers from partner countries (3 per partner organisation) participated in the Training Course.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
