But, not well managed often produces destructive outcomes, indissolubly linked to violence. Achieving one or another result will be determined by the way we manage it. Conflict management is a powerful tool for reducing negative consequences and improving personal wellbeing and social cohesion. So, developing competencies for constructive conflict resolution is essential, especially for young people that are more vulnerable to destructive approaches to conflict and violence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mediation is claimed to have the power to transform parties through their interactions along the process. They would be empowered and spread this knowledge within their close group and eventually society will be transformed among others.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Therefore, this project aims at promoting mediation in youth work as a means of empowering young people to approach conflict in a constructive way and use it as an opportunity for change.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;1_2,1_2&#8243;
